Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Director of Residential Services, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your role will be vital in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for our residents. Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations and management of an assisted living residential facility
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
  • Develop and implement programs and activities to promote a positive living environment
  • Coordinate and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
  • Respond to emergencies and address any issues or concerns that arise
  • Collaborate with community organizations and resources to support resident needs
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field is required
  • Knowledge of CBRF health practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
