Every other weekend Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting elderly residents, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities Administer medications safely following the "5 Rights" of medication administration Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and family members Support CNAs and respond to resident call lights in a timely manner Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation Assist with daily resident care and maintain accurate documentation Required Qualifications Active Wisconsin LPN License Current CPR/BLS Certification Prior experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or nursing preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
