Job Description

Registered Nurse•
Clinical Research Schedule:
Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) + every other weekend 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM
  • 7:00 AM start 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM start 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM
  • 12:00 AM start Schedules are finalized 2-3 weeks in advance Key Responsibilities Conduct study unit activities in support of Phase 1 clinical trials Ensure the safety, rights, and well-being of all study participants Facilitate and continuously support the Informed Consent (ICF) process, providing clear education on study procedures Enroll participants into clinical trials and guide them throughout the study Perform clinical assessments to monitor participant health and identify adverse events Accurately document adverse events and escalate appropriately Perform study-related procedures, including: Cannulation Venipuncture Vital signs collection ECGs, telemetry, and Holter monitoring Collect, process, and handle biological samples per protocol and SOPs Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Transcribe source data into Case Report Forms (CRFs) Required Qualifications Active Wisconsin RN license (required) Must have minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a patient-facing setting MUST Hold CPR or ACLS certifications Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00
  • $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
