Travel Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support overall resident well-being in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details:

Variable (Days/Evenings)
Shift Lengths:
8-hour and 16-hour options available
Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
5x8-hour shifts (flexible options available)
Weekend Requirement:
Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Overtime:
May be required based on facility needs
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities Maintain accurate documentation and charting Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
Required Qualifications:
Active LPN License Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible day/evening shifts Willingness to work overtime if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility BLS Certification Schedule Flexibility Options:
