Clinical Care:

Administer medications accurately and perform treatments per physician orders.

Observation:

Meticulously report changes in resident conditions to the RN or physician.

Leadership:

Support the implementation of resident care plans and oversee CNA tasks.

Compliance:

Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) in adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications License:

Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.

Skills:

Strong communication and the ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Experience:
