This 13-week contract offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work in a supportive patient-centered environment. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active Wisconsin LPN License Current BLS/CPR Certification Minimum 1 year of LTC or nursing experience preferred Strong medication administration skills Experience in resident care, charting, and communication with physicians/families Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Roles & Responsibilities Administer medications safely following the5 Rights Monitor residents and report any changes in condition Communicate with physicians, charge nurses, and family members Support CNAs with resident care and daily responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR Bonus & Benefits +
