Job Description
LPN (No Benefit) Stevens Point, WI 54481 $40 an hour - Part-time $40 an hour - Part-time •No Medical, Dental, Vision, or paid Sick/Vacation time will be offered with this position• Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions and injections. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and phlebotomy as needed. Manage acute pain effectively through appropriate interventions. Participate in discharge planning and case management for patients transitioning from hospital to home or other care settings. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
