Up to $1700/Week (Both Local and Traveller Accepted)
Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions. Report changes in condition to the RN and physician. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality resident care.
