Job Description

About Us Are you a skilled, motivated medical professional who wants to actually enjoy coming to work? At Elite Hormones, we do things differently. We're a fast-growing, cash-pay wellness clinic specializing in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, growth hormone optimization, and sexual health — and we've built a practice where patients are invested in their outcomes, providers are respected, and the work is genuinely meaningful. No rushed 10-minute appointments. No insurance headaches. No burned-out culture. Just a tight-knit team, a loyal patient base, and the time and autonomy to provide the kind of care you went into medicine to deliver. We have three Wisconsin locations and are continuing to grow — which means real opportunities for the right people to grow with us. If you take pride in your clinical skills, connect easily with patients, and want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Can Expect:
A patient population that chose to be here — cash-pay patients are motivated, engaged, and invested in their results. Appointments with enough time to actually listen, assess, and educate. No assembly-line medicine. A collaborative, low-drama team that communicates well and supports each other. A clinic model that lets you practice at the top of your scope in areas that matter: hormone health, metabolic optimization, weight loss, and sexual health. Variety. No two patients are identical, and the work reflects that.
The Role:
You'll be delivering hands-on wellness care across our full service menu — hormone replacement for men and women, medical weight loss, growth hormone optimization, sexual health. You'll build real relationships with your patients, guide them through their treatment plans, and serve as a key point of contact for their ongoing care. There's also an administrative side to this role — charting, communications, supply management, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be told twice, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Patient Care & Clinical Perform phlebotomy, injections, and hands-on clinical procedures with confidence and precision. Review patient history, medications, and allergies routinely — come to every visit prepared and informed. Ensure safe administration of all services and educate patients on expected effects and potential side effects. Provide personalized nutritional coaching and supplement guidance as part of each patient's treatment plan. Recognize that no two patients are the same and tailor your approach accordingly. Practice compassion and non-judgment with every patient, every time. Communication & Relationships Build genuine rapport with patients and make yourself accessible throughout their care journey. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients via EMR, phone, text, and email. Answer inquiries from current and prospective patients and represent Elite Hormones knowledgeably. Stay current with internal communications daily and contribute actively to team meetings and huddles. Operations & Administration Review onboarding forms and paperwork in advance of all patient visits. Maintain accurate, timely records in EMR and follow all HIPAA protocols without exception. Manage supply inventory proactively — restock, flag low stock, anticipate needs, and place orders as needed. Maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment. Use all clinic software and apps proficiently. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Who Thrives Here:
You take ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs doing — you see it and handle it. You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and bring a calm, positive presence even when things get busy. You're genuinely interested in this space. Hormone health, metabolic medicine, and wellness aren't just a job to you — you're curious, you keep learning, and you care about getting it right for each patient. You want to be part of something. Elite Hormones is still growing, and the people who do best here are the ones who invest in the team, show up fully, and take pride in what we're building together.
Required Qualifications:
Active CMA or LPN certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a similar role, family or internal medicine, urgent care, or endocrinology Proficient in phlebotomy and IM/SQ injections Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics including weight, sexual health, and hormone therapy with patients of all backgrounds Familiarity with EMR systems and general clinical software BLS Certified (required) Preferred but
