As our practice continues to grow, we're also growing our nursing and clinical support staff to meet the increasing demand for high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN to join our team and help ensure our clinic operations run smoothly and our patients continue to receive the exceptional care they deserve. Your Role on Our Clinical Team As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our growing ENT services and helping ensure seamless clinic operations. You'll work closely with providers and patients, delivering care with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Preparing exam and procedure rooms and sterilizing instruments Reviewing and updating patient charts Welcoming patients, reviewing medical histories, and documenting in the EMR Measuring and recording vital signs Assisting physicians and APPs with exams and procedures, including CT scans and specimen collection Providing patient education as directed by providers Accurately documenting orders and managing records in the EMR Collaborating with other departments and addressing patient, pharmacy, and provider inquiries Assisting with surgical scheduling and paperwork coordination Supporting outreach clinics with supply preparation and transportation
