How you'll contribute Assists in assuring optimum patient care by delivering routine care for selected subacute and convalescent patients. Participates is planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Peforms data collection and obtains patient information. Assists RN with patient care. Intervenes with appropriate action after needs are identified. Evaluates the assignment, planning and intervention process. Demonstrates professional and personal development. Delivers direct patient care appropriate to the age of patient served including the neonte/infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Why join us?
