Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (Evening & weekend on-call rotation)

Preferred Skills:
home health experience required.
Counties Coverage:
Harrison, Marion, Tyler, Barbour, Doddridge, Lewis, Upshur Productivity Points:
32 points per week Mileage reimbursement : 0.54 Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence Monitor and record vital signs , reporting abnormalities Administer medications, oxygen, feedings, and perform ostomy care as required Follow care plans established by PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams Maintain and enforce infection control protocols ; report any signs of infection #
