Job Description

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your expertise as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role is ideal for nursing professionals committed to high standards and compassionate support for patients. You will work closely with healthcare teams, contributing to comprehensive care plans and fostering positive patient experiences.
Key Qualifications:
Active LPN license in good standing Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Proficiency in administering medications and providing direct patient care Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Typical Schedule:
Full-time hours; specific shifts to be discussed further during the interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established procedures and policies Monitor patient health, document observations, and communicate any changes to the care team Assist with medication administration and treatments as prescribed Provide patient education regarding medications, procedures, and at-home care Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe patient environment Support physicians, registered nurses, and other staff as needed Update healthcare records accurately and promptly
