Job Description

LPN- Float Job Description Camden Family Health is currently hiring a full time Licensed Practical Nurse for a float position. The applicant must be available to work at all clinic locations including travel between locations, reliable transportation. And flexibility to work all clinic hours.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in various clinic locations Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records Assist with patient education and follow-up care Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
