Position :

Medical Support Specialist (LPN) As a Plasma Center Nurse, you will provide direct donor care in an outpatient clinic environment while ensuring donor safety, comfort, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct donor health screenings and eligibility assessments Review vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results with donors Monitor and respond appropriately to donor reactions and clinical situations Support employee wellness and vaccination programs Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards Educate donors with professionalism, compassion, and excellent communication Deliver donor-centered care while promoting a positive donor experience Preferred Experience This role is well-suited for nurses with experience in: Outpatient clinics Primary care Urgent care Dialysis Blood donation or plasma collection centers Other ambulatory healthcare settings Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR/AED certification IV therapy certification or experience, where applicable One or more years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, donor-centered care Why BioLife and Takeda?
