Join the Summit Wellness Team Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time to Full-Time) Summit Wellness | Orange Beach, Alabama Are you passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives? Summit Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. Unlike a traditional spa, Summit Wellness is a medically guided wellness clinic focused on helping clients improve their health, recovery, energy, and overall quality of life. We combine massage therapy with services such as IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge therapy, metabolic optimization, and wellness coaching to deliver exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do Perform professional therapeutic massage services customized to client needs Conduct client consultations and document treatment plans Provide relaxation, therapeutic, recovery-focused, prenatal, sports, and specialty massage services (based on training and certifications) Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and self-care strategies Maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes as required Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each client Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects Summit Wellness standards Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner and wellness team to support client goals Qualifications Current Alabama Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Certifications Lymphatic Drainage Massage Prenatal Massage Sports Massage Medical Massage Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay per massage hour 100% of tips retained by therapist Employee discounts on wellness services Opportunities for performance bonuses Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding wellness practice Why Summit Wellness?
