This is a unique opportunity to step into an established practice and serve a loyal membership that values personalized care, wellness, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of massage modalities, passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals, and committed to delivering a first-class member experience. Essential Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with state licensing requirements and industry best practices.
- Assess member needs and recommend appropriate treatment options.
- Create a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Develop strong relationships with members through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client confidentiality.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Promote wellness services and educate members on the benefits of massage therapy.
- Assist with wellness events, member programs, and special club activities as needed. Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy license/certification required.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, resort, or country club preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Must carry and maintain current professional liability insurance.
- Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor. Compensation & Schedule
- Independent Contractor position.
- Split-commission compensation structure.
- Flexible schedule based on member demand including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Opportunity to build an established clientele within a private country club setting.
