Responsibilities Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop custom therapeutic sessions. Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address specific concerns Educate clients on pain management strategies and post-treatment care to support ongoing wellness Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in client service, with strong skills in patient assessment and communication Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management modalities Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and terminology relevant to therapeutic massage Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to improving lives.
