Licensed Massage Therapist - Neuromuscular / Clinical Pain Practice NeuroMuscular Pain and Wellness Center - Scottsdale, AZ If you are a highly skilled therapist who leads with compassion and understands the nervous system's role in chronic pain, this is a clinical opportunity to work at a higher level. Our work focuses on root-cause treatment, clinical reasoning, and measurable resultsfor clients experiencing chronic and acute pain, injury, and nervous system dysregulation. Who This Role Is For 5+ years of hands-on experience in clinical or therapeutic settings Background in one or more:

Neuromuscular Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Orthopedic Massage. Strong understanding of chronic pain and nervous system dysregulation Confident in treatment planning and outcome-based care Naturally compassionate, patient-centered, and professional Job Duties Deliver customized, results-driven sessions Complete SOAP notes Manage client flow (check-in, checkout, rebooking) Build client retention and treatment plans Set up and reset treatment room between each session, including sanitizing and maintaining a clinical standard of cleanliness. Clinical Focus This practice is centered on anatomy-based, hands-on manual therapy targeting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, including neuromuscular therapy and CranioSacral therapy as a manual approach to the craniosacral system. Energy-based or non-clinical modalities are not part of this role. Standards Scrubs are required to maintain a consistent clinical environment Strong communication and professionalism Reliable preferred availability includes Fridays and Saturdays Must be highly Compassionate Compensation Starting at $55 per session, with performance-based increases based on client volume, retention, and overall performance Includes a 15-minute buffer between sessions (check-in, checkout, room reset) Tips are additional Requirements Active Arizona Massage Therapy License Current Professional Liability Insurance Ability and Willingness to obtain an on-site manager license About Us A highly compassionate, clinical, results-driven environment focused on high-level care, therapist growth, and long-term outcomes.
