Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and address individual concerns. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their treatment. Collaborate with other health professionals in a med spa setting to enhance patient service and promote holistic health approaches. Stay informed about medical terminology, pain management strategies, and physiology knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately for ongoing patient assessment and care. Skills Proficient in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Knowledge of medical terminology related to occupational health and pain management. Excellent understanding of human physiology to provide effective treatments. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments to tailor services appropriately. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
