Pay Range & Compensation Commission-based contracted position Estimated earnings: $60-$85+ per hour , including tips and service add-ons Commission varies by service and experience Cash tips are paid directly to the therapist Credit card tips are processed through payroll No quotas, no forced upselling, no sales pressure Many therapists earn higher hourly averages as they progress into specialty services. Scheduling & Position Details Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available) Steady bookings with supportive front-desk coordination Spa room cleanliness and laundry support is required Structured Onboarding & Growth Path To support long-term success and prevent burnout: New hires begin with standard massage modalities for the first 30 days Gradual progression into specialty services as appropriate Clear expectations, training support, and scheduling structure Advanced opportunities may include: Salt Room sessions Group or immersive wellness experiences Continuing education and specialty modalities Modalities Offered at the Spa Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Therapeutic Myofascial Lymphatic Reflexology Craniosacral Therapy Fascial Stretch Therapy Energy-Based Modalities Sound Therapy & Chakra Balancing (advanced opportunities) Room Rental Perks (Practitioner Benefit) As part of our internal practitioner program, team members have access to discounted courtesy room-use rates for personal clients or additional sessions outside of scheduled shifts—well below standard market pricing.
