Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Your expertise in various massage techniques and understanding of anatomy will be essential in delivering high-quality care tailored to each client's needs. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to inform treatment plans. Perform various types of massage, including deep tissue massage, focusing on pain management and relaxation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience. Collaborate with other health professionals in an occupational health setting when necessary. Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in the field of massage therapy and med spa services. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of physiology and pain management techniques. Familiarity with patient service protocols and the ability to assess client needs effectively. Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A valid massage therapy license is required along with any necessary certifications related to specific techniques or modalities.
