Job Description

Song Kai Massage is seeking a licensed massage therapist to provide therapeutic, treatment-focused massage services in a growing private practice setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with clients experiencing chronic pain, injuries, postural dysfunction, and everyday muscular tension as well while maintaining accurate documentation and a professional client experience. This position starts at 1-2 days per week with the opportunity for additional hours/days available as client demand increases and the position proves to be a good mutual fit.
Compensation :
$22-27/hour Plus Tips and Bonus opportunities available
Position Details :
Independent Contractor (1099) with potential future w-2 employment
Responsibilities :
Provide professional, client-focused massage therapy tailored to individual needs and treatment goals Conduct client intake, assessment, and session planning Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and treatment recommendations when appropriate Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional presentation Follow all sanitation, safety, and client confidentiality standards Assist in creating a positive client experience that encourages retention and referrals Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications :
Current Arizona Massage Therapy License Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions. Ability to write SOAP notes and understand basic medical terminology Ability to preform up to 6 hrs of hands-on massage daily Professional communication and strong client care skills Reliable and punctual. Experience In Therapeutic, Swedish, Sports Massage, Table Thai, Injury recovery, Chronic Pain, and treatment-focused massage Additional Skills a

Deep tissue massage Lymphatic drainage Prenatal massage Hot stone Cupping Gua Sha New graduates are welcome to apply. Qualified candidates will complete an interview and two 30-minute hands-on practical assessments. Background check required. To apply, submit your resume and availability.
