Both full time and part time positions available. As a therapist-led spa, we give our practitioners real freedom. You'll set your own schedule, create and offer specialized treatments, and develop your own loyal client list in a peaceful, shared studio space. We have a steady stream of new clients plus a large base of regular guests, so your books can fill quickly — especially during evenings and weekends, which are our busiest times. Hourly pay range is $27

• 35/hr and 100% of all tips received This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

You control your hours and get to take advantage of business tax deductions. We take care of the heavy lifting — marketing, online booking, phone inquiries, and promotions — so you can stay focused on providing excellent massages and building your clientele. Most of our therapists stay almost fully booked with strong demand for evening and weekend availability. We want positive, self-motivated therapists who take pride in their work, enjoy teamwork, and are excited to grow both their own business and the spa. You'll work with minimal direct supervision, so strong time management and reliability are a must. Your Main Duties

• Provide personalized, results-focused massage sessions using techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, prenatal, and more.
• Deliver outstanding client care in a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
• Stay punctual, professional, and well-presented for every appointment.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming spa by resetting rooms, sanitizing surfaces, and completing simple closing tasks. What We're Looking For
• Current, active Massage Therapist license in good standing
• Strong availability for evenings and weekends
• Experience and certifications in multiple massage styles
• Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safety practices
• Previous spa/wellness or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent people skills and a passion for helping clients feel their best
