Licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) Independent Contractor Opportunity Only We are a busy, well-established massage clinic on the northwest side of Tucson seeking licensed massage therapists interested in operating as independent contractors. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who want the flexibility to manage their own schedules, set their own rates, and grow their client base while working in a professional, supportive wellness environment. Established clinic with existing client traffic Professional treatment rooms Supportive wellness environment Affordable shift rental rates Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow your private practice Responsibilities Client Care Consult with clients regarding health history, symptoms, treatment goals, and preferences. Develop and provide individualized massage therapy sessions based on each client's needs. Utilize appropriate massage techniques to address pain, tension, stress reduction, recovery, and overall wellness. Client Education Provide guidance regarding stretching, self-care, posture, relaxation techniques, and wellness practices that support treatment goals. Documentation Maintain accurate and timely client records, treatment notes, and session documentation in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. Practice Management Manage your own appointment schedule and availability. Coordinate client rebooking and rescheduling as needed. Collect and process payment directly from your clients. Maintain professional communication with clients and uphold high standards of customer service. Qualifications Current Arizona Massage Therapy License in good standing. Professional liability insurance as required by state law. Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach to care. One year of clinical massage experience preferred but not required. New graduates who are motivated to build their practice are encouraged to apply.
