Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and personable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing medspa team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both relaxation and therapeutic massage, and who thrives in a high-end, wellness-focused setting. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc.) Customize treatments based on each client's needs and goals Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and post-treatment care Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms Provide an exceptional, luxury-level client experience Collaborate with providers to support post-procedure recovery (e.g., lymphatic massage after aesthetic treatments) Upsell and recommend services and retail products when appropriate Qualifications Active Massage Therapy License in [State] Minimum [1-2] years of experience preferred (medspa or clinical setting is a plus) Knowledge of lymphatic drainage massage (or willingness to train) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client care Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time options) Employee discounts on treatments and products Ongoing training and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
