Massage Therapist

Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs and preferences. Administer various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to customize treatments for each client. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, client feedback, and any relevant medical terminology. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support comprehensive patient care. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Knowledge of physiology and anatomy as it relates to massage therapy. Experience with trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and pain management techniques, or the ability to learn. Strong patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred. Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
