Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to patients needs.

Assess clients soft tissue condition, joint quality, and muscle health to create individualized treatment plans.

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques.

Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretches, and ways to manage pain or tension between sessions.

Maintain accurate and timely notes/documentation of all treatments.

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment by adhering to office protocols and maintaining equipment.

Build rapport with patients to foster trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Valid and current Arizona state massage therapy license.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a massage therapist.

Proficiency in therapeutic and medical massage techniques.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced study into non-traditional massage techniques: ashiatsu, Thai mat, lymphatic drainage, etc.
