Job Description Massage Therapist or Acupuncturist & Wellness Specialist is a dynamic, multi-role position designed for a highly skilled massage therapist seeking consistent, full-time hours within a holistic care environment. This multifaceted role combines hands-on massage therapy with wellness concierge support, front desk coverage, administrative responsibilities, and participation as a practitioner in our virtual TeleWellness program. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about contributing across diverse areas and is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality massage therapy with a focus on medium to deep tissue work or Acupuncture. Support clients through a variety of service offerings including deep tissue massage, TeleWellness, and wellness concierge guidance. Assist with front desk operations as needed to ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain continuity of care and support overall program delivery. Adapt responsibilities based on individual strengths while contributing to a well-rounded, integrated care model.

Pay range:

Competitive hourly rate across job functions (30 hours per week)

Essential Functions:

Massage Therapy OR Acupuncture:

Provide skilled massage therapy services with an emphasis on medium to deep tissue techniques OR high quality acupuncture treatments. Deliver personalized, high-quality care that aligns with integrative and holistic wellness principles. Maintain accurate and timely session notes and client records.

TeleWellness:

Participate in our 10-week TeleWellness program, collaborating with another practitioner to deliver an educational wellness curriculum. This includes facilitating exercises, conversation, and activities tailored to the individual needs of each participant.

Wellness Concierge Services:

Guide clients in selecting services and navigating care plans. Provide a welcoming, supportive experience that helps clients feel informed and cared for throughout their wellness journey.

Front Desk & Operations Support:

Assist with scheduling, client communication, and general front desk coverage as needed. Help maintain smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.

Collaboration & Flexibility:

Work closely with team members to support a cohesive care environment. Adapt to a variety of responsibilities to ensure consistent hours and organizational needs are met.

Requirements:

Licensed massage therapist with demonstrated experience in medium to deep tissue work or an Acupuncturist with demonstrated experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work across multiple roles in a flexible, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable balancing hands-on care with administrative and client-facing responsibilities. Ability to work 30 hours per week. Commitment to holistic, client-centered care.

Preferred:

Experience with telehealth, life coaching, or virtual client support. Background in modalities such as somatic experiencing, energy work, or life coaching. Familiarity with integrative or complementary wellness practices.

Pay:

$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
