Hotel Vista Sierra is seeking a skilled and professional Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our Wellness Team. This position offers the opportunity to work with hotel guests seeking relaxation, stress relief, and therapeutic bodywork while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive environment. Whether you are looking to supplement your current practice or build a consistent part-time schedule, we are looking for therapists who take pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Therapists are treated with respect and are considered an important part of the guest experience. ✔ Opportunity to Grow As the wellness program expands, additional opportunities may become available including: Chair massage events Corporate wellness retreats Group wellness experiences Specialty wellness programming Compensation $18/hourly + generous commission Pay & Earning Potential $68+/massage (pay is hourly + commission) 20%+ tips are typical Example (60-min Deep Tissue): $36 base hourly pay (includes 30 min prep & 30 min cleanup time) +$32 commission = $68 before tips ($100 per session with a 20% tip) Additional commission for specialty services like hot stone or add-ons like aromatherapy.
