The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, dedicated to delivering personalized patient care in a comfortable environment. Experience in Chiropractic settings and occupational health is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' health and well-being through expert massage therapy techniques. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Provide pain management solutions through targeted massage therapy strategies Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness practices Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress in compliance with healthcare standards Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advances in physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy Requirements Valid state licensure and insurance as a Massage Therapist Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and occupational health environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and customize treatments accordingly Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient care Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare settings is preferred Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ongoing education in massage therapy practices
