Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's goals and needs Help clients recover from day-to-day stressors, physical activity, workouts, and wellness-related concerns Support clients transitioning from Physical Therapy into long-term wellness and recovery care Create a warm, welcoming, and luxury-level client experience during every appointment Incorporate elevated wellness touches such as hot stones and essential oil towels into sessions Build strong relationships with clients that encourage long-term retention and consistent rebooking Collaborate with Physical Therapists and performance specialists to support client outcomes Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment spaces Accurately document client sessions and maintain professionalism at all times Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 75% Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Massage Therapy experience preferred Active California Massage Therapy certification/license required Experience in boutique wellness, luxury spa, fitness, recovery, or small business environments preferred Experience working with active populations, athletes, or fitness-focused clientele is a plus Positive, upbeat, and engaging personality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create meaningful relationships with clients Professional appearance and demeanor Passion for wellness, fitness, recovery, and personal growth Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
