The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You will provide high-quality therapeutic services in a professional environment, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address client concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively target areas of pain and discomfort. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with other health professionals in the med spa setting to enhance patient care and outcomes. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in pain management and occupational health to continuously improve service offerings. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to perform deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. Previous experience in a med spa or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
