Experienced Licensed Massage Therapist Danville, CA | Ayutherapy Ayurveda Wellness Center Ayutherapy is a respected wellness center and healing spa located in Danville, CA. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in either a part-time or full-time capacity. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and client-focused Massage Therapist who genuinely enjoys helping people feel better through therapeutic massage, relaxation treatments, pain relief therapies, and holistic wellness care.

Must currently live within commuting distance of Danville, CA Minimum 5 years professional hands-on massage therapy experience required Active California massage certification/license preferred (CAMTC preferred) Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and client-focused Strong communication and customer service skills required Must be interested in a stable, professional, long-term opportunityABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal Massage Therapist is experienced in customizing massage therapy sessions based on individual client needs and comfort levels. Experience with holistic or Ayurvedic therapies is welcome, but not required. Many of our clients seek support for: Stress relief Pain management Muscle tension Relaxation and recovery Holistic wellness supportMASSAGE MODALITIES WE VALUE
Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Therapeutic Massage Trigger Point Therapy Relaxation Massage Prenatal Massage Postnatal Massage Holistic Bodywork Ayurvedic Massage (preferred but not required)RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs Maintain accurate SOAP notes and session documentation Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and treatment room standards Create a calm, welcoming, and healing client experience Arrive on time and communicate reliably with the team Learn and apply Ayurvedic therapy techniques where appropriateWHY JOIN AYUTHERAPY
Established wellness center with loyal repeat clientele Calm, healing-focused work environment No sales quotas or upselling requirements We intentionally schedule a minimum 15-minute gap between sessions to support therapist recovery, preparation, and quality client care Competitive compensation $30- 40 per therapy hour + gratuities Typical total compensation may range approximately $40
