Job Description

About us We are a dynamic, well-established, highly reviewed, and high volume 3 doctor office with 3 massage therapists. We do all the scheduling and provide a comfortable massage treatment room. We provide chiropractic care, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and stretchology for our patients. We are conveniently located in Danville on Diablo Road. Responsibilities:
  • Perform massage therapy techniques to address clients' specific needs and preferences
  • Assess clients' conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate massage techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the practice of massage therapy
  • Collaborate with other our doctors as needed to provide comprehensive care to patients
Skills:
  • Proficient in medical terminology related to massage therapy
  • Strong patient service skills, including active listening and effective communication
  • Knowledge of acute pain management techniques and strategies
  • Understanding of human physiology and anatomy
  • Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices
  • Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patients' conditions accurately
  • Expertise in pain management techniques, including deep tissue massage As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the patient's well-being by providing therapeutic massages tailored to their individual needs.
You will work closely with patients to understand their specific concerns that address their goals for pain relief, relaxation, or overall wellness. Your expertise in medical terminology, patient assessment, and pain management will be essential in delivering effective massage therapy services. In addition to your technical skills, your ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a comfortable environment for patients will contribute to their overall satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the doctors and staff as needed to ensure comprehensive care for your clients. If you are passionate about helping others, have a strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to join our team as a Massage Therapist.
