Licensed Massage Therapist (Primary Role) + Wellness Experience & Membership Specialist Sage Health is a beautifully designed, spa-like wellness center in Encinitas with over 25 years of trusted care in the community. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional care while also contributing to a high-level client experience within a membership-based wellness model. This is a massage-first role with multiple income streams, strong earning potential, and room to grow.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

Base pay + service pay 10% commission on retail sales 50% commission on massage upgrades Commission on membership sales Top therapists here build a consistent book, confidently recommend enhancements, and participate in membership growth—creating strong, stable income across multiple revenue streams.

Upgrade Opportunities:

Deep tissue enhancements Aromatherapy Halotherapy integration CBD massage oil for relaxation Hot stone therapy (if trained) Signature Natural Facelift Massage (training provided; premium service)

Primary Role:

Deliver high-quality, therapeutic massage sessions Customize treatments and recommend appropriate enhancements Provide an elevated, results-driven client experience

Client Experience & Growth Responsibilities:

Welcome new clients (including ClassPass guests) with a guided tour of the space Educate clients on all services offered (massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, infrared sauna, red light therapy, etc.) Confidently introduce and explain membership options Help clients understand how services work together for long-term wellness Contribute directly to clinic growth through membership conversions and retention Support Responsibilities (when not in session): Set up and guide clients for infrared sauna and red light therapy Support front desk flow and overall client experience Recommend retail products aligned with client needs Support the overall environment and maintain a clean, elevated space

Current Schedule Need:

We are currently hiring for a Saturday (2-7pm) shift—one of our highest-demand windows—with strong potential to expand hours as your book grows.
