Lymphatic Drainage Certification Full Job Description About Us:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an established practitioner who values autonomy, works from an integrative lens, and is excited to be part of a supportive wellness community. We are especially interested in practitioners trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LMD) , though this is not required. Flexible Work Structure (Two Options): We offer two pathways depending on your needs and preferences: Office Rental (Independent Practitioner Model): Perfect for practitioners with an existing client base who are looking for a beautiful, established space to grow their business. Fee Split (Collaborative Model): Ideal if you'd like support with referrals, marketing, and being part of the Mind Garden ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC or equivalent) Lymphatic Drainage certification (preferred but not required) An existing client base is a plus Strong clinical skills and intuitive, client-centered approach Professional, reliable, and aligned with a holistic wellness philosophy Interest in being part of a collaborative community
