We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Endospheres Technician to join our growing team of wellness professionals. Job Summary As an Endospheres Technician, you will be responsible for performing non-invasive body contouring treatments using patented Compressive Microvibration technology. You will consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, customize treatment plans, and provide an upscale, comfortable experience. We are currently seeking someone Part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition to Full-time as our clientele grows. Responsibilities Conduct thorough client consultations, assess problem areas (e.g., cellulite, muscle tension, fluid retention), and explain the benefits and science of Endospheres Therapy. Perform Endospheres body treatments safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records, including progress notes and before-and-after photos. Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to maximize client results. Upsell treatment packages, maintenance plans, and complementary skincare or wellness products. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
