Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist

Duties Perform a variety of manual techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment instructions, and wellness strategies for ongoing health benefits Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards Collaborate with owner to ensure comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Uphold strict hygiene standards and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff Promote the benefits of manual therapy services to enhance client retention and satisfaction Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist OR Bodywork Therapist with

IASTM/MFD

certification Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying various manuel techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, ART and PNF Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to manuel therapy practices Familiarity with pain management principles and occupational health considerations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for clients Prior experience working with athletes or similar fitness environment is preferred but not required Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise directly impacts clients' health journeys.
