• Long Beach, CA is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. ✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $48
• 52 (includes gratuity) ✔Advanced services: Over $70 for 80-100 min treatments ✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members ✔W-2 position
• We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage Transparent Pay Structure
• based on experience: Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity) Relaxation Massage/ 60 min/ $48
• 52 Advanced Deep Tissue, Sports, Salt Stone/ 60 min/ $60
• 65 Extended Modalities/ 80-100 min/ $75
• 90 ✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments ✔ Average therapists' gratuity: ~20% included ✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hours/week earn $57K+ annually ✔ Steady bookings keep your income strong—most therapists are 80-90% booked ✔ Extra pay from enhancements and upgrades

Schedule & Benefits:
