The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience and have a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs and provide effective therapeutic treatments. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service while promoting relaxation and pain management through various massage techniques. PLEASE only apply if you have the above experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Perform various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote overall wellness. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate patients on self-care practices, stretching exercises, and the benefits of regular massage therapy. Keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress for ongoing evaluation. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient care. Experience in occupational health practices related to pain management. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and progress. Proficiency in various massage modalities, including but not limited to trigger point therapy and relaxation techniques.
