Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to support in-home patient visits for wellness and physical recovery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients/clients, communicates well with a growing care team, and is comfortable providing hands-on support in a mobile setting. Training on specialized wellness equipment and specific treatment protocols will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with non-invasive nerve stimulation therapy sessions using electrical energy Deliver high-quality, customized manual therapy sessions tailored to patient recovery and wellness goals. Communicate effectively and professionally with the care team regarding scheduling and patient updates. Travel to patient homes or designated on-site locations within the Coachella Valley area. Maintain excellent professionalism, consistency, and patient confidentiality. Conduct basic patient intake assessments and maintain simple session documentation. Measure and record vital signs accurately, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters thoroughly and efficiently Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications and health coaching for wellness management Requirements Active State Massage Therapy License / Certification required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficiently. Comfortable with basic charting and documentation Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional liability / malpractice insurance. Schedule Flexible part-time / per diem schedule Hours based on patient appointments that you make with the patients when you're available Year-round position: We are looking for a dedicated team member to grow with us long-term (this is not a temporary summer-only job). Target volume is building up to treat at least 5 patients per week (approximately 10 visits/sessions per week) with the goal of up to 8 to 10 patients.
