Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy plans Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods to address specific concerns Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and post-treatment care Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and addressing client questions or concerns Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills Qualifications Valid certification as a Massage Therapist from an accredited program Proven experience in patient service with a focus on pain relief and muscle therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques for pain management Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and adherence to safety standards Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
