Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and recommended follow-up therapies Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client progress notes Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology and anatomy knowledge Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service with strong customer service skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Experience in pain management strategies and occupational health is preferred Prior med spa experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide clear guidance Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
