What We Offer Starting pay of $36-$38 per massage session (plus tips) Most therapists average $63-$66+ per 60-minute session Additional compensation through upgrades and enhancements 15 minutes between sessions to reset, document, hydrate, and prepare Flexible scheduling with 3-5 shifts available Supportive front desk and team-oriented culture Ashiatsu training with tuition reimbursement available 401(k), matching, paid sick time, employee discounts, and advancement opportunities Who We're Looking For California Certified Massage Therapist Strong natural ability and therapeutic touch Professional, reliable, and client-focused Comfortable educating clients on services and enhancements Deep tissue skills required Prenatal and lymphatic experience is a plus Able to perform 4.5 hours of massage before a break We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values connection and quality of care, and is seeking more than just a schedule to fill.
