Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs effectively. Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety guidelines. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary. Stay current with industry trends, physiology knowledge, and new massage techniques to continually enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience in patient service with strong customer service skills that foster trust and rapport. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.. Prior med spa experience or working within a healthcare setting is highly desirable. Ability to assess patient needs accurately through effective communication and professional judgment. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry standards for safety and hygiene.
