Job Description
Licensed Massage Therapists needed to perform Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages. Salt Scrub treatment training will be provided. Additional certification for maternity massage is helpful but not required. Candidates must be able to work 4 weekend days per month in addition to 2 other days of shift availability each week for appointments between 11:00 am and 5:00pm pm Mondays and between 10:00am and 6:00pm Tuesday through Sunday. Availability needs to be for 6- 6 1/2 hours to allow to accommodate 3 treatments or more depending on length of treatment bookings. Therapists are hired as employees with a base rate of $16.90/hr plus fixed 30-33% commission rates per treatment type. Average hourly earning per treatment is $55+ plus tips, dependent upon treatment type. Discretionary bonuses may be given by Owners. Therapists must provide current massage certification and personal liability insurance coverage.
