Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on individual needs and preferences, with dedicated clinical hours.
• Assist doctors & practitioners with soft tissue treatment Active Release Techniques ( ART ) if applicable, with additional dedicated clinical hours (separate from massage therapy hours).
• Additional qualification and training needed , please discuss with us.
• Utilize various massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage to address clients' specific concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including chiropractors and acupuncturists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

Experience:

• a licensed massage therapist.
• Prior training in Active Release Techniques ( ART ) is a big plus with good advancing opportunities.
• Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in acute pain management and pain relief techniques.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Active Release Techniques ( ART ) training if applicable
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a comfortable environment.
• Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client preferences and conditions.
• Attention to detail to accurately assess clients' conditions and provide appropriate treatments.
