Mission:

To perform exceptional Fejjab Spa Massage services to our clients, provide great customer experience and maintain a 70% rebook rate.

Outcomes:

Be able to perform ALL Fejjab Spa massage services (Swedish, Combo, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal) in 50-minute, 80 minute and 100 minute offerings using Fejjab Spa protocols. Maintain a 50% upsell/upgrade rate to massage clients to various modalities/add-ons such as Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, CBD, Scalp Massage and others. Maintain a 70% client retention rate. Receive clients with joy, enthusiasm and maintain professional communication throughout their visit. Help with other spa necessities when there are no clients such as but no limited to, laundry, cleaning spa, organizing and other spa necessities. Be a good team player by not only respecting, being mindful of differences and likes/dislikes of other team members, but also contributing in helping other team members when needed. Leave your room clean at the end of every day, with one "deep clean" done once a week. Be willing to train in new modalities such as but not limited to body wraps, post op. Lymphatic massage, body scrubs.

Perform a variety of massage modalities, including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Client Consultation:

Conduct brief consultations with clients to assess their needs and be able to provide an exceptional massage experience.

High Standards:

Uphold the salon's reputation for excellence by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. Ensure that treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained at all times.

Sales and Upselling:

Upsell services to enhance the client experience and contribute to the spa's revenue goals.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with other salon professionals, such as hairstylists and nail technicians, to create a seamless and integrated salon experience for clients.
