• The Opportunity
• We have an opening for a licensed Massage Therapist to work with us as an independent contractor. Whether you want one day a week or a full schedule, you control your hours. This is a great fit for someone looking to transition out of their current job gradually, or for an experienced therapist ready to hit the ground running with an established client base.
• Responsibilities
• Perform massage therapy sessions using deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage techniques
• Keep thorough client records and SOAP notes
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards at all times
• Help foster a warm, therapeutic atmosphere for every client
• Pay Structure
• Base rate: $50/session hour, commensurate with experience
• Path to $55+/hour through strong rebook rates and technique development
• Promotional new-client sessions: ~$30/hour (partner platform introductions that convert to your full rate upon rebooking)
• Gratuity included — our clients tip well, especially as results speak for themselves
• Requirements
• Valid Colorado massage therapy license
• Hands-on experience with deep tissue, relaxation, and/or sports massage
• Effective communication and client relationship skills
• Self-directed with strong time management
• Active professional liability insurance
